Professional Computer Security Academy (PCSA) establishes European headquarters in Switzerland

New York, Oct. 12 -- Professional Computer Security Academy (PCSA) has established its first European office in Switzerland, reports Mario Brossi of the Swiss inward investment agency Location: Switzerland, based here. Company facilities at TechnoPark in the capital city of Berne will be largely directed to assisting small and medium business concerns with a concentration on business administration and trouble shooting-services, Mr. Brossi said.

The company operates in Switzerland as PC Sicherheits-Ausbildung GmbH under the guidance of the two principals, Edith and Marc Lafavor. Ms. Lafavor said "Our facilities are available for teaching sessions with up to 25 participants as well as seminars with up to 150 attendees. Later, as technical support offices are opened throughout Switzerland, administrative support and quality control will come from the Berne office."

Marc Lafavor noted that "Berne's economic development agency BEDA gave us a good feel for the city and existing business opportunities, especially involving the computer industry, which is very strong here. Our final decision was based on the criteria that would give us the best chances of building our customer base and becoming a productive part of the community."

Denis Grisel, President of BEDA added, "PCSA recognized that Switzerland, and Berne in particular, have world-class expertise in matters of financial security that are at the forefront of all aspects of computing security. PCSA provides the opportunity to ensure that our young adults in the Swiss IT community have the skills necessary to continue in the tradition of providing secure world-class service in any field of endeavor."
