Leadership 21 Establishes European Operations Center in Switzerland
Six other countries evaluated in search process
Leadership 21, a multinational provider of customer, supplier, employee, and benchmarking research, has established its European operations center in Zurich. L21 formulates strategies to decrease clients' operating costs and increase revenues through several methodologies including diagnostic and comprehensive operational assessments, managing customer response data, training, and strategic planning.

"Political independence ranked high on our list of criteria," he said. "But we also appreciate Switzerland's multilingual and highly educated workforce, reputation for precision, outstanding transportation infrastructure, and personal safety." He noted that Zurich for several years has ranked at the top of the list in terms of quality of life surveys, placing 1st in 2004.
The establishment of Leadership 21's Zurich center is further testimony to the depth and diversity of Switzerland's service sector. Currently well over half the active population works in the service sector in specialized areas such as human resources, team building, economic research and forecasting, management consulting, and related fields. Giants like Adecco and other leading companies are Swiss or based in Switzerland. Leadership 21 adds to this growing and impressive list of service companies.
